Descripción BE: Introduced Sept 2018. Both parent species have exceptionally wide peristomes and this cross is showing similar characteristics. The female parent is our selected clone of Nepenthes spathulata with wide purple peristome and green pitcher body, sold under BE-3175 and the male parent is one of our seed-grown Nepenthes platychila, selected for it’s non-wavy peristome. It’s a handsome and highly vigorous plant. From a single carefully selected clone out of microprop. Plants are potted in 4 inch pots, with long fiber sphagnum moss and pearlite.
